Shipping and Delivery

How much will I pay for delivery?

  • The shipping costs to Germany, Austria and Switzerland are €5.95.
  • For orders over €50 we cover the entire shipping costs. So there are no shipping costs for you.

How long before I receive my order?

  • Approximate delivery times for individual product can be found on the product pages. When you place your order and enter your shipping address, you will be provided with an estimated delivery date.
  • If, through no fault on our part, we are not able to fill your order as one of our suppliers has failed to fulfil contractual obligations, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you.
  • Note that parcels are sent from Austria and our customer service department is not available on Austrian holidays. Likewise, parcels cannot be sent out on Austrian holidays.

Delivery service providers

  • In Germany, your packages will be delivered with DHL or Deutsche Post. If you order by Friday 11:00 a.m. and the ordered products are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. After dispatch, delivery takes place in 2 – 3 working days.
  • Immediately after we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is sent out, likely the evening after you place your order, you will receive another email confirming that your order is on the way. This email will also contain a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress of your delivery.
  • Depending on the shipping option you choose, your package tracking information may not be up to date by the time you receive this email. After receiving the shipment number, you can register for parcel notification with DHL and can therefore find out directly about the status of the shipment.
  • The anticipated delivery date is displayed on the pages of the individual products and also in the shopping cart.
  • Our delivery service providers always attempt to deliver parcels as quickly as possible. We ask for your understanding should there be a delay. Such delays are normally caused by inclement weather and/or traffic problems.

Austria Post

  • In the remaining countries, your packages will be delivered by Austrian Post. If you order by Friday 11:00 a.m. and the ordered products are in stock, your order will be processed the same day. After dispatch, delivery takes place in 2-3 working days.
  • Immediately after successfully entering your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. You will then receive the shipping confirmation with your personal tracking number. This allows you to track your package accordingly.
  • The anticipated delivery date is displayed on the pages of the individual products and also in the shopping cart.
  • Our delivery service providers always attempt to deliver parcels as quickly as possible. We ask for your understanding should there be a delay. Such delays are normally caused by inclement weather and/or traffic problems.

Our packaging

  • We aim to be environmentally friendly. The padding material we use is generally 100% biodegradable and suitable for composting.
  • The boxes we use are made from pure cardboard, so they can be place in the normal paper recycling.

Customs

  • We are located in Austria, which is within the European Union. For orders sent within the EU, the value-added tax is included in the total price. As the movement of goods within the EU is free of customs, no additional fees will be charged.
  • Note: Territories with special rules and regulations are excluded from the above as in such territories, taxes on imports and customs duties may be applicable.
  • For deliveries to Switzerland, the products are charged and delivered without VAT. The Swiss customs authorities charge VAT and customs duties here.
