We process any and all personal data that you make available to us as a user of our website or as a customer – for example the information you provide in relation to making a query, registering on the website or for purchase agreements – for purposes described below.
Purchase of products and/or services.
Your order is placed via a telephone call or online using our website, and payment can be made online as a guest with a credit card, or additionally using PayPal or via invoicing if you are registered on the website.
Depending on the destination country, delivery takes place using DHL (Germany), or the postal service (Austria, Switzerland, UK or other EU countries)
As your order is being processed, you will receive confirmation emails from us as well as a confirmation of receipt of payment from the payment processor (PayPal) and delivery information from the package carrier.
You will receive information about the product that you ordered from our company as well as interesting articles covering timely topics that we believe will be of interest to you.
The legal basis for how we handle data is described below:
Permission is based on article 6, paragraph 1a of the GDPR in the framework of registration.
Initiation and fulfilment of purchase agreements according article 6, paragraph 1b of the GDPR. In order to be able to process your order in a satisfactory manner, we need to use your data.

Usage and disclosure of personal data
To the extent that you as a user of our website or customer make your personal data available to us, we only use this data in order to reply to queries, to process orders and for technical administration.

Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are temporarily stored on the hard drive of the user of the website/customer. Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, you will need to provide us with your e-mail address as well as confirmation that you are the owner of the respective e-mail address and would like to receive the newsletter. No additional data is collected, and we use this data only to send the requested information. This data is not shared with third parties.

We use Klaviyo, a service for our email marketing, on our website. The service provider is the American company Klaviyo, 125 Summer St, Boston, MA 02110, USA.
Klaviyo also processes your data in the USA, among other places. We would like to point out that, according to the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for data transfer to the USA. This can pose various risks to the lawfulness and security of data processing.
As the basis for data processing for recipients based in third countries (outside the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, especially in the USA) or for data transfer there, Klaviyo uses so-called standard contractual clauses (= Article 46, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the GDPR). Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) are templates provided by the EU Commission and are intended to ensure that your data complies with European data protection standards even if it is transferred to third countries (such as the USA) and stored there. Through these clauses, Klaviyo undertakes to comply with European data protection standards when processing your relevant data, even if the data is stored, processed and managed in the USA. These clauses are based on an implementing decision of the EU Commission. YouTube videos
We use a plugin provided by YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, a subsidiary of the Google corporation.
When a video is accessed, data is transmitted to YouTube (i.e. Google). Cookies like the Doubleclick cookie are also requested along with the video. In order to minimise the amount of data that is transmitted to Google, we use the expanded data protection mode provided by YouTube. Moreover, we have implemented a two-click solution, wherein the videos are first loaded only after you activate them via a link. In this way, data is only transmitted if you actually watch a video and have confirmed that you consent to the transmission of data.

SSL encryption
