Payment by invoice

You simply transfer the invoiced amount to our account after the receipt of your order.
Immediately after you place an order, you receive a confirmation email as well as an invoice with your delivery. Both the email and the invoice contain the necessary banking information. Please be sure to enter your invoice number in the purpose of payment field, as without this we are not able to assign the transfer to your order.
We will notify you via email as soon as your payment is received.

With the SEPA transfer you transfer at the cost of a domestic transfer. The expenses are shared between the client and the recipient – each of them pays the contribution to booking costs incurred in their domestic payment transactions.
When ordering from a country that is not part of the European Union, you will have to bear any additional transfer costs yourself.

Prepayment

For orders over 250€, new customers do not have the option to pay by invoice. Prepayment is of course available to everyone.
After placing your order, you transfer the invoiced amount to our bank account. Once the transfer is received, your order will be sent.

We will inform you about the delivery time as soon as we receive your bank transfer. Please do not send a payment confirmation – doing this will have no impact on the speed of delivery.

Credit card

If you would like to pay by credit card, you will be transferred to the PayPal website at the end of the ordering process. There you can select “credit card” as your payment option. We accept VISA and Mastercard. When paying with credit card, the invoice amount will immediately be billed. This also occurs if we do not have an item that you order in stock at the time you place your order, i.e. when the order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready to send.
We do not save credit card information, and any credit card information transmitted is encrypted. Additionally, our connection is SSL encrypted. Placing an order with us is secure thanks to this high level of security. You can find more information about this topic here.

What is a 3D security code?

3D secure is a means to guarantee greater security for online purchases, and to prevent the unauthorized use of your credit card.
Our system works with Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode.
Once you have entered your credit card information, a window will open where you are to enter your security code. After you’ve entered this code, an authorisation will come from the bank that your card is registered. The first 3DS code was contained in documentation in the envelope when you first received your credit card. If you have misplaced your code, please contact your bank. You always have the option to change this initial code at any time.
If you have not yet registered, you’ll first have to activate this process. You can do this during checkout or on the website of VISA or MasterCard.
Once you have registered, the security code will be used for all online transactions. More and more online shops are relying on this system in the interest of greater security for their customers.

Can credit card information be saved?

Paypal

If you would like to pay via PayPal, you will be transferred to the PayPal website at the end of the order process. There you can sign in with your PayPal account information and confirm your payment.
In just a few minutes, your payment will be registered in our system and your order will be freed up for further processing. When paying with PayPal, the invoice amount will be billed at the time you place your order.
This also occurs if we do not have an item that you order in stock at the time you place your order, i.e. when the order will be shipped once all items in the order are ready to send.
When you pay using PayPal, additional fees may be charged. In this case we cover the fees charged and your incur no additional costs.
