When will Bentomed be available again?

A new EU directive forces all manufacturers of medical products to undergo extended certification. The certification bodies are therefore extremely busy throughout the EU – which leads to delays in certification. This situation now also affects our product Bentomed, which is unfortunately now sold out. We now have to wait with production until the relevant certificates are available. This will probably be the case in the 4th quarter of this year.

We are working flat out – but unfortunately the timing is not within our control. However, we would like to point out that we have “Bentomed VET” – our own, neutral-tasting Bentomed without essential oils in our range. Bentomed VET is not a medical product and is approved as a supplementary feed for pets, but has the exact same composition as Bentomed, apart from the essential oils.

Bentomed is a fine powder that is taken mixed with water. The main ingredient in Bentomed is the Gossendorfer natural fango, which is extracted from a volcanic deposit in the Styrian Volcanic Land (Austria) from an officially protected mining site and is gently processed using a special process. Bentomed also contains high-quality organic barley grass and pure herbal essences. Bentomed is an officially controlled and certified medical product.

Application

Morning and evening, stir a teaspoon of Bentomed into 1/4 liter of water. Before drinking, you should let Bentomed stand for about 10 minutes to allow the active ingredients to develop better. Stir it frequently while drinking. Please refer to the package insert for a detailed description.

There are a number of challenges surrounding the manufacture of products that are intended for medical use. The first is the speed of innovation combined with an ever-advancing market. The described effects of the FANGOCUR product that have been certified for medical use are, for the most part, not based on the results of human clinical trials, thus they are not without controversy in the scientific field of pharmacology. Nonetheless medical literature, therapeutic experience and research does exist that attributes numerous positive effects and various medical applications to the primary substances contained in healing clay.
