The skin is thoroughly and gently cleansed and freed from deposited metabolic waste products. The alkaline effect causes the horny layer of the skin to swell, which lasts for around 2-3 hours. During this time, the skin restores the water-lipid layer that protects it from drying out. This prevents dehydration after cleansing. The non-saponified components of the soap also have a moisturizing effect. The ingredients of the mineral clay (sulphur and minerals) inhibit inflammatory processes.

By storing the soap on a soap dish with a draining function, the soap can dry better after use and therefore lasts longer. Use our fangocur® soap dish for this purpose.
