Yesterday I went to water gymnastics again after taking a month off and I was very surprised. Last time I couldn’t lift both shoulders and arms, but yesterday I could put both arms on the edge of the pool. I could feel my tendons after about 5 minutes but there was absolutely no pain. Even today it was going okay. The rubbing is still there, put the pain is almost entirely gone.

This is the best I’ve felt in years.
